The Brazilian Consulate General is open to the public Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Visa Applications will only be accepted from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon. 

Passports with visas will be ready, if approved, the next business day between  3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

The Brazilian Government Trade Bureau (Commercial Department of the Consulate General) is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 

Important:   Effective November 1st, 2002 - For US citizens the processing fee will be US$ 100.00 in reciprocity to identical fee paid by Brazilian citizens who apply for a VISA for the United States of America.
 
Visa Waiver    Citizens of the following countries do not need visas when entering Brazil for tourism or business purposes (up to 90 days):
